For over 20 years, David Byrne has had an active interest in freshwater aquatics. Many people regard him as one of the top fish savvy people in Perth. However, it wasn’t until fairly recently that he’s taken his knowledge of fish, ponds, and aquariums and applied them to business.
David worked as a plasterer by trade until he had an accident that prevented him from working in that field any longer. When this happened, he chose to work in a new field – one he truly loves. To get started, David sold off some of his assets so he could fund Get Wet Ponds and Aquariums. From this point, his business has continued to grow.
This is truly a testament to his passion for fish and aquatic life. It also shows his dedication to offering high-quality service to his customers in Perth.
Part of David’s philosophy is that once you’ve developed a passion for fish and aquatics, you shouldn’t leave a pond job dry. This is why he chose the name “Get Wet Ponds”. Remember this name because David will get wet for you when others won’t.
